Help;
I am new to the Mobilinc software.

first question: my scenes display the scenes correctly, but the devices on display the device IDs , i.e. the A1.B2.3C addresses in Mobilinc Pro. how can I change the device names?

second question: I can turn devices OFF when they are ON but not ON when they are OFF. Same problem from the 2412 smartlinc interface. But it works with the Insteon Mini Remote.

To rename your devices in MobiLinc go to My Devices->Pick your device->Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner.

As for the problems with turning on your devices once off. If the SmartLinc is having the same problem, then MobiLinc won't fare much better. My recommendation would be to contact Smarthome to have them help you troubleshoot why the SmartLinc isn't able to turn devices ON. Once the SmartLinc can turn devices ON and OFF MobiLinc should be able to do the same.
