MoblLinc Pro for Android 3G/4G connection

I have set up my new smartlinc 2412N. Moblinc pro works fine on wifi but as soon as I am out of range or turn wifi off, I loose connection and get the red cuicle E in the top right of the cell phone screen. I am able to access the smartlink from an internet connection both 'I'm at home' and 'I'm not at home'. I tried using my phone broser internet connection (smartlinc.smarthome.com) and it did find and connect to the smartlinc once I entered the user id and password. I was then able to turn the light on and off (although it did not report back the status change).

The smartlinc is new out of the box this week.
The mobleinc pro is version 1.2.2.
The router is set up woth prot forwarding to port 6533
Both the local and extern http and port are identical ans set to 192.168.1.xxx and port 6533

Any suggestions?

Hi Dusty,

Yes, I think you need to enter in your external IP address for the External IP field instead of your local IP. When outside of your network, the 192.x.x.x address won't work. Instead you should use your router's external IP address here.

I entered my router IP address into the external field and Mobilinc pro works perfectly. First class support! Thank you Wes.
