Activating Resource Manager Programs

Hi, I have a couple questions.
1) Once a device is programmed with the resource manager feature, do you have to activate the device from an ipad/iphone to take advantage of the resource manager programming?
2) Once a device is programmed from the resource manager, do you need to use the Mobilinc w/resource manager to de-program the device? Can it be de-programmed from the ISY-99i interface?

I suspect question 2 is somewhat based on the answer to question 1.

--- The Resource Manager feature will write out custom ISY programs directly to the ISY for the device you are attempting to program. Once the programs are written to the ISY, the ISY takes over and manages the device through the new programs. MobiLinc does not have to be running for the Resource Manager programs to run since they are written to the ISY.

2) Once a device is programmed from the resource manager, do you need to use the Mobilinc w/resource manager to de-program the device? Can it be de-programmed from the ISY-99i interface?
--- Yes, you can do anything to the programs written by the Resource Manager feature of MobiLinc from inside of the ISY Java console, including deleting, changing, and modifying the Resource Manager programs. If you make changes to these programs outside of the MobiLinc interface, my recommendation would be to no longer use the MobiLinc Resource Manager interface to modify that device/scene as any changes outside of using MobiLinc Resource Manager will induce unpredictable results from the MobiLinc Resource Manager interface.
