Hi,

Currently using 2 CAM (Linksys WRT54GCA and a D-Link DCS-5010L PTZ) which are working just fine within Mobilinc HD app. Just installed a FI9821W V2 with a little more hassle than expected. Understood that MJPEG is not support with this new CAM as the main stream is H.264 720P not natively supported by Mobilinc HD. Now I did configure RSTP and do get video just once in a while and this, only if I select "one" camera view. Nerver worked with "four" camera view.

It's a little annoying to be honest. Any plans at Mobilinc to include native H.264 720P within the camera plugin ?

MobiLinc fully supports the H.264 720P stream from this camera. In fact, we've successfully tested H.264/MPEG4 via RTSP all the way up to full HD (1080P) for cameras that support this high resolution.

You are correct, this camera does NOT support MJPEG. Only JPEG and RTSP.

When walking through the setup of this FOSCAM camera, if you only want MobiLinc to stream RTSP, then please disable JPEG and MJPEG in the setup in MobiLinc. When in the multi-cam view, MobiLinc will fall back to lower bandwidth options like JPEG in order to have enough CPU/bandwidth for all cameras on the screen.

On the RTSP setup page, please also try RTSP Profile 2. Profile 1 is the primary stream which is usually quite large and will not stream well when remote due to bandwidth constraints. Profile 2 is the "sub" stream of the camera and is usually a much friendlier bandwidth stream.

Also, you can usually adjust the bandwidth requirements of the two streams through the FOSCAM setup software/web interface to fine tune performance/quality.

In addition, Pan/tilt does not work.

For Pan/Tilt for this camera, I believe Profile 5 is the right profile for Pan/Tilt controls.

Disabled JPEG and MJPEG for the Foscam, worked fine, thanks for the solution, much appreciated. I can now view from four cam view. Setup works only with profile 5 with RTSP

The only thing not working now is PAN/TILT.

One of the Pan/Tilt profiles should absolutely work with this camera. Please try all profiles.

If you still can't get it to work, please make sure the username/password you are using in MobiLinc to talk to your camera has administrator privileges. "User" accounts usually do not allow for Pan/Tilt controls.

If you can't get any combination to work, please send me your external IP, port, RTSP port, and a username/password I can use to connect from the lab and verify the camera and MobiLinc settings to support@mobilinc.com

You are right, Profile 5 is OK for PAN/Tilt.
