IP Cameras & Security

Postby ssingh1234 » Fri May 27, 2011 12:15 pm

I would love to get the IP cameras working on Mobilinc so I can stop using the HS Touch. Can you give me an idea on when that option will be available?

Also, I'm putting in an ELK system at the beginning of July so I would love to see that feature available by then.

Thank you!

We agree with you! We are working hard to get both IP cameras and the ELK into the MobiLinc product line as soon as we can.

Stay tuned for updates as we near these major milestones.

Thanks for the support!

Could you provide me with a list of compatible cameras for the upcoming IP Camera add on? I'm looking to order cameras for:

Outdoor with pan and tilt
Indooor with pan and tilt

wireless and wired options.

Thanks,
Warren

Hi Warren,

We actually don't have an official list. We are taking suggestions from the community to support the suggested cams first.

Are their some cameras in mind that you already have?

I would love it if you can support the logitech alert and wilife. These are IP cameras. I've already got them installed all over so it would be great to have these supported.

Thanks guys!

Same here, I would love to see support for elk m1 gold in mobilinc , I was even thinking of switching to keypad pro but I like mobilinc hd interface better on my in wall iPad .

I don't have ip cameras i only have cheap q-see dvr cameras and I'm using a separate application for that purpose , of course it would be nice to have all home automation features in one application.

Hi Ecapacity,

ELK support is in our plans to include in the MobiLinc family.

Camera suggestions: Vivotek 7361 and Vivotek PZ7132 (basically the IP family of Vivotek cameras) - links to the two mentioned here: ( http://vivotek.com/products/model.php?n ... era=ip7361 & http://vivotek.com/products/model.php?n ... 32&tab=spe). Thanks for considering.

I look forward to the integration of my ELK panel. My thermostat is an HAI and is connected to my ELK will this new plugin be able to see my thermostat ?

Also I see that the IP camera plug in is released and Axis cameras are supported. I have an Axis 4 port camera server. Will this plug in work with an Axis video server?
