Wes? Are you even looking at your own forum?

How are we supposed to change the background image?
I clearly see in the settings that it is possible to select from photos stored on the ipad but once I pick one of them then nothing happens. The default photos remain.

Please respond to my valid questions

Hi Nick,

It's only been a few days! On the weekend none the less

If you email our direct support email you'll get a faster turnaround to your questions.

To set your background image go to Settings->MobiLinc Settings->Background Settings and select the time of day image to change. It's possible you changed a background image for a different time of day then when it actually was displaying. If you just want a static image, change all four times to the same background image.

Thanks for getting back to me with all of my posts Wes.
The steps you are describing are the exact steps I have been taking.
This is a new ipad air. I took pictures with it's built in camera. I have tried to use one of these pictures for all 4 of the mobilinc times in the setup menu with no success. Like I said, I select a picture and then nothing happens after. The default backgrounds remain.

Are you by chance using iOS 8? I just tried this on my test iPad with iOS 8.0.2 and see the same issue as you've reported. I've added this to our list of items to look at for our iOS 8 update we're working now.

Yes. IOS 8.
This morning I installed Mobilinc HD on an old ipad version 1. The background photo function works perfectly on it. The problem is definitely ios 8
