Has anything changed in your network setup? New router, firewall, etc? MobiLinc Connect needs to be able to talk out of your network on ports:
4433
48200-48205
Please make sure that nothing is blocking outgoing connections on those ports.
Also, please check the ISY error log and see if the ISY is having trouble resolving DNS entries. If so, that indicates that the DNS IP address that is auto-assigned through DHCP or manually assigned is no longer correct.
