MobiLinc Connect

I have been using the MobiLinc connect feature and overall I'm very happy with its usefulness. Today I attempted to access my network and I got an error that my ISY is not connected to the Internet and I get the options of retrying, stopping or going to my settings. I tried unplugging the ISY and my dual band controller wich didn't solve the problem. Can anyone please advise! Thanks in advance.

Hi Mridixon,

Please contact us at support@mobilinc.com and send us your ISY's UUID and we'll investigate.

Has anything changed in your network setup? New router, firewall, etc? MobiLinc Connect needs to be able to talk out of your network on ports:
4433
48200-48205

Please make sure that nothing is blocking outgoing connections on those ports.

Also, please check the ISY error log and see if the ISY is having trouble resolving DNS entries. If so, that indicates that the DNS IP address that is auto-assigned through DHCP or manually assigned is no longer correct.
