I turned these on at first but then realized I didn't have a use for them so I turned them off. However, the icon at the top of the screen still shows that location services are in use. It's a little different than when using Maps, it's hollow not solid.

Hi Andy,
If you go to My Settings->Location Settings, select each location and tap the trash icon to delete it. Once you've deleted all locations and exit MobiLinc, iOS will turn the location indicator off (assuming no other device is using location services on your phone) after a period of time. It's not always immediate.
You can also check the Settings app in iOS to see what app(s) are accessing your location.
The hollow arrow is the geo-fence indicator.
