loss of voice control definitions

I had about a dozen voice commands defined (they worked fine), and I added a couple of new ones. The original set of voice commands were lost and only the news ones were available. I am running Mobilinc HD on an iPad mini and an iPod Touch (each running the most current IOS). This has occurred on each of these devices.

Did you sync with the ISY anywhere along the line in this process?

If so, when you did, you have to be sure not to choose "Download All", you have to choose the Update option, or the commands get erased.

Ah yes. I defined a couple of new programs and did a sync with the ISY. I probably did a "download all".
Good information to know. I guess you shouldn't do "download all" almost ever.
It would be nice to be able to backup all the Mobilinc settings to file(s) so it can be restored.

Hi Wardy,

We're working toward a solution here with iCloud. But until then, if you have multiple iOS devices you can go to Settings->Copy on both iOS devices to copy the settings from one iOS device to another.
