For some reason the last run times and last finish times don't seem to be updated in MobiLinc when I run some programs from MobiLinc. If I manually Sync with ISY the times are updated correctly.

If they aren't updating, then that would indicate that the ISY's real-time connection to MobiLinc dropped out for some reason. Common examples are:

- Wi-Fi dropped out briefly.
- Transition to Cell or from Cellular.
- Some other network interference.

I'd try rebooting your mobile device, the ISY, and your network equipment and see if that helps. Something along that path is dropping the real-time status channel.

Hmm! I think the problem is that I have been making some major changes to the ISY programming and just assumed MobiLinc picked them up, even when running in the background. After syncing to ISY it seems to be working. Mental note to myself ........

Hi Andy,

MobiLinc does auto-sync to the ISY if the auto-sync options are on under Settings->Lighting Controller settings. Otherwise, if you turn these off, MobiLinc will require that you manually sync to update.

I also observed this problem since the 4.0 update. I never had to manually update to get program status and run times before but now I have to do it if I want to see them. If I update, I get all status back for a while then eventually, Nothing will be shown for program statuses and run times till I sync again. This was fine prior to 4.0.

Are you making any changes to programs through the Admin Console between MobiLinc runs?

Not sure if I did. I should not have any changes to make to the ISY programs for a while so I won't touch anything on the ISY and I'll verify if Mobilinc stops getting program status again and let you know.

Ok, sounds good. If you do see this again, please let me know:

- If there were any changes made to the programs.
- What your Settings->Lighting Controller->Auto-Sync settings are.
- What ISY firmware are you running.
