Scenes not showing up

Mobilinc HD on iPad2 iOS 9
ISY
Scenes don't show up at all..Changing filters does nothing???
Thanks for any suggestions

Hi Drprm1,
Please resync MobiLinc to your ISY under Settings->Lighting Controller->Host Type->Sync->Update Only.
Reset your scene filter back to OFF.

Everything else works perfectly..it's the same on my iPad and iPhone.

At this point I'll need to connect to your ISY to see what's happening. There might be an invalid XML character in a scene name somewhere that iOS can't process. Please send me your UUID if using MobiLinc Connect to:
support@mobilinc.com or your external login path and credentials. I'll need to connect from the lab and investigate what your ISY is sending MobiLinc that's causing the missing scenes.
