New Router

Hi Wes,

I recently purchased a new modem/router from Arris. Its model SBG6782-AC. I am having trouble getting the isy to sync with Mobilinc. I know it must be in the settings, but I think I have them in correctly. Any know issues with this or any suggestions?

Hi Steve,

After replacing the router did you reboot your ISY?

Are you using MobiLinc Connect or a direct IP address?

If direct IP can you log into the ISY from a PC/MAC using the Admin Console?

Hi Wes,

Yes, I did reboot the router and I am using a direct ip address to connect. I've had no problems in the past. I can also log into the admin console on my PC. Any suggestions?

Please send me the following to: support@mobilinc.com

1. Screenshot of your MobiLinc->Settings->Lighting Controller page.
2. Screenshot of your ISY Admin Console->Configuration tab.

Confirmation that the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your ISY and that the Wi-Fi network is not a guest network.
