HL 2 w/2412UH and SDM w/2414U on same PC

Anyone have this config running? Any conflicts?
I 'upgraded' from Houselinc using a 2414U to Houselinc 2 using a 2412UH.
I threw the 2414U in a drawer and was contemplating putting it up on eBay ... Then I came across this application. Look very interesting, but I thought I'd throw this out here before I try to connect the 2414U to the same PC that's running Houselinc 2 and then install SDM.
I use the same PC for video monitoring as well w/Blue Iris and Dynamic DNS - I would imagine I can't serve up both apps, on the same PC, from outside my LAN. Any comments or tips would be appreciated!
