Hi Argus,
The 2412UH device you are referring to is a PowerLinc Modem device. There must be host software running on the PC it is connected to (USB or Serial) that can send RAW Insteon commands to the modem to send over the powerline. As is, the PowerLinc Modem has no interface for iLinc to interface with. I am unaware of any other third party software (such as HouseLinc) that offers a web interface that would forward the received data from the iPhone to the PowerLinc Modem.
Currently iLinc is programmed to talk to the SDM software as shipped with the PowerLinc Controller (which to my knowlege is the only free software available that offers a web interface compatable with the iPhone).
Version 2.0 of iLinc will support the popular Universal Devices ISY 26/99 device which is a stand alone interface between your ethernet network and your Insteon network.
I hope this answers your question.
