Dim too far and it gets bright

If I bring up a device and attempt to use the DIM button when the current light level is 10 percent or less, the the device goes to full brightness. It appears that the dimming logic is not checking the math for a zero or less than zero condition and is "wrapping around".

This occurs on MobiLinc for Android v1.2.4 on both my phone and tablet connected locally over WIFI to an ISY.
