Mobilinc not talking to my ISY

worked better with the 2.0 update, then upgraded my ISY to 4.2.5 and then 4.2.8 and since then I cannot get ANYTHING out of Moblinc 2.0 in talking to the isy.

There does not seem to be any logging to show me where the problem lies, but I can access the admin console just fine inside and outside my local subnet.

Where do you start with troubleshooting?

Hi arw01,

The first thing to try is to verify the local/HTTP IP/Port/Username/Password in MobiLinc matches your ISY's IP/Port.
Then, set the connect method to Local/HTTP.
Verify your Android is connected to your local Wi-Fi connection.
In MobiLinc go to Settings->Lighting Controller->Sync.

If that works, then add in your external IP address, port, and set the connect method back to Auto.
