mobilinc pro no longer shows correct device status

I originally set this up and everything worked fine.

Somehow it eventually stopped working. No whenever I launch mobilinc on my android phone, I don't get any status for my devices. I can however control devices. I can turn a light on/off, but the status will never update in the mobilinc app.

Today I tried updating the firmware on my ISY and I also checked to make sure I had the latest version of MobiLinc on my android phone. Still no luck.
