Insteon Server Info

Lighting Controller Settings/Insteon Server Info

This is a 3rd within 24 hours that all my IP addresses just disappeared. For one reason or another the info gets wiped out.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the report. Not sure why that is. What Android device and OS version are you running the MobiLinc beta on?

Do you notice this happening coming from 3G to Wi-Fi or visa-versa?

I tried to use Mobilinc this morning and all my connection infos were wiped.

Last time it worked I was on 3G and didn't use any wifi connections until this morning.

I'm using a Nexus One on 2.3.3

Thanks Mike,

Let's see if we can narrow in on the sequence of events to cause this.

1. Disable WiFi and connet via 3G.
2. Open MobiLinc and enter in the Local and SSL IP/Port settings.
3. Verify you can connect to your ISY via 3G.
4. Exit out of MobiLinc.
5. Turn on WiFi and verify the connection.
6. Launch MobiLinc.

With these steps, does this reproduce the problem? If not, do you recall or can you reproduce the problem with a modification to the process?

I tried your steps exactly as written but my configuration stayed.

I'll try Mobilinc every time I do something with the phone until the configurations get reset.

I am new to the advanced product but everytime i set a timer from like 6:30 PM to 10:30 Pm it reverts to on at 10:30 PM and off at 10:30Pm i have this happening continously. My ISY 99IR is working properly and have had no issues until I started using your product. There must be a bad string since no matter what I do it can not resolve itself..

It looks like this report got attached to the Android section of the forums. I'll contact you directly to see what the Orchestrated MobiLinc issue is.
