Connection Errors via HTTPS internet

Postby chipsm » Sat Jul 02, 2011 7:34 pm

I am having trouble connecting via the WAN Connection on my Android phone and Tablet.
I can log on with Conductor but not with Mobilinc.
I am able to log on with a local network connection.
Need some guidance.

Hi Clarence,

I responded to you over at the UDI forms, but I'll follow-up here as well. If you are willing and able, we'd like to log into your ISY setup via HTTPS on our development setup here to see what's going on with MobiLinc on Android and your environment.

If you wouldn't mind helping us debug this, please send me your connection info at wes@mobileintegratedsolutions.com

Thanks!
Wes

I'm having the same issue.
Currently running Mobilinc V1.1.5
Thank for any help

PS: If login is required, let me know
PPS: If I try to connect with firefox, I get the https certificate warning, but after approval, I get the web page

Hi gaetanlord,

The issue prior was due to the wrong IP address in MobiLinc. If you'd like me to check your settings please email me the following:

- MobiLinc External IP and Port
- MobiLinc Internal IP and Port
- The IP returned when you go to http://www.whatismyip.com on your local network
- Your router portforward settings. Port and IP address to your ISY.

Please email these to wes@mobileintegratedsolutions.com and I'll take a look to see where the disconnect is at.
