Phone Connection with Android Mobilinc

The Mobilinc on my Android works fine using WI-Fi, but does not respond when it is turned off. I thought the device was suppose to be able to access the router with an internet connection through my phone. There must be a set to pair them together? Thanks for any help you can send my way, Bob

Hi Bob,
Thanks Jack. Yes, the root of the issue is that your router needs to be configured for port forwarding to allow external traffic from MobiLinc to flow through the router and routed correctly to your ISY that sits internally in your network.
