Hi!

Can anybody help please

I have a Motorola Atrix (6mnths old)
Running android 2.3.4 (kernel 2.6.32.9)

When going to he Android Market (on the phone) and attempting to select MobilLinc Pro it come s up with a message saying "Your device is not Compatible with this item' but the lite version downloads a-ok.

The requirements mentioned in the application descript say an Android OS 2.1 or later

Am I doing somethign wrong or is the MobilLinc Pro version not compatible with a current version Android phone? (Or am I attempting to download the wrong version or somehting!)

I apologize you are having trouble downloading MobiLinc Pro from the Market. The is the first we've heard of an issue like this and unfortunately we don't have a silver bullet solution. Please try the following as these are typical Android troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure your clock and date are set correctly on your phone.
2. Please reboot your phone and try again.

If that doesn't work another option is for you to send us 19.99 directly and we will issue you an APK file and install code to install MobiLinc Pro outside of the Android Market. If you are interested in this option you can use PayPal to send 19.99 to wes@mobileintegratedsolutions.com

Thanks foir the feedback.

The date/time are provided by the network - but I checked and they are both correct
I rebooted my phone
I tried to download the app again and it failed (same message)

I will try another android device I have and based on the results will probably reset my phone to the factory defaults (out of the box from the AT&T store) if that doesnt work I will probably go the paypal route.
