I use a DDNS host that updates my websites IP when my home IP changes because I don't have a static IP. when I try to use the webaddress instead of the IP it fails to connect. anyone else have this issue?

Hi Jeff,

DDNS names should work without issues. Keep in mind that when using your DDNS name in the secure IP field, the secure port must point to an external port that is forwarded to the ISY's HTTPS port (default HTTPS on the ISY is 443).
