Error message

This is just what I have been waiting for. I've had MobiLinc for iPad and IPhone for at least a year, and while I can easily connect through my home network, I have never been able to access my ISY99 via the internet.

However, when trying to install the module to the ISY I am getting the following error message:

TCP client DNS error (www.homeorchestrator.com)

and

NTP server DNS error (pool.ntp.org)

I am using a Firefox browser on my iMac with Lion OSX. I tried shutting the browser and restarting. That didn't help. I do get the correct message on start up. "Would you like to proceed with the following Module actions? Portal Intergration - MobilLinc Connect (21073) - - To Be Installed? Any ideas? I don't see anything on the Universal Devices forum.

Hi JeffatSRF,

This looks like it's maybe a communication issue back to the UDI servers to install the add-in module. If you email: support@universal-devices.com directly with what you put here in your posting, they'll be in the best position to offer a path forward.

Please let me know if this path does not resolve the problem for you.
