Yes I can load the Admin Console the local way as mention previously

Jacques,
Not really sure what or where the issues is. Behind the scenes, both methods and files are identical. The only difference is the URL. Maybe try clearing out your browser's cache as well as the Java cache to see if that makes any difference. The Java plug-in in the browser is getting stuck on something preventing it from loading the applet in one case but not the other.

Hi Wes
After a few more try it's working ok now. I dont know exactly what was the issue but I click on the certificate error message for the last time and the admin console finally appear.
