Mobilinc Connect won't work with cameras

I have recently added a camera to my Mobilinc App. Everything worked perfect when I was at my house but as soon as I was no longer connected to my home network the cameras wouldn't connect in the app. Everything else that I have hooked up to this app works perfect but not the cameras. Does Mobilinc Connect only make your connection to your switches, plugs, etc. available out side your home network or is it supposed to work for your cameras as well?

Hi JCP2013,
MobiLinc Connect is a service for the ISY controller only. The ISY actually knows about our service and makes the connection to us. In order for cameras to work, they would need to know about our service and make a similar connection to us. That's an oversimplification of the problem, but illustrative of why cameras do not work with MobiLinc Connect.
