MobiLinc Connect on multiple Android devices

First let me say that I really like the simplicity of the interface, the ability to lock out a particular device to only Favorites view, and the integration with Tasker. There are just unlimited possibilities!
One question about the subscription fee: Is the fee based on per device (ISY), or per user? That is, can I use Mobilinc Pro with my MobiLinc Connect subscription on all of my Android devices?
