Geofence Troubleshooting

Hello.

I am new to ISY, Insteon and MobiLinc usage. I have had good success with initial setup of the Isy and Insteon devices and connecting Mobilinc locally but now that I am giving geofencing a try I am having trouble.

I am running Mobilinc on iOS9, ISY firmware 4.3.26 and trying out MobiLinc Connect. I basically modeled my first geofence after Wes' video here:

and followed all of the preference suggestions regarding privacy, radius, notifications and background refresh. When I manually change the ISY state variable set up through Mobilinc location settings on either my Isy console or through Mobilinc I do see notifications get pushed but when I leave my home or return I get no notifications and the variable state does not appear to change.

Can you offer suggestions on how I should proceed to troubleshoot this further?

I deleted the geofence variables in Mobilinc and re-generated them and had good experiences with the geofences triggering today though it looks like they will still need some radius tuning. Although I don't think it contributed to an improvement, I renamed our iPhones so apostrophes wouldn't appear in the geofence state variables.
