Hi For the last 3 years my subscription has automatically renewed through Google, as it did this year 1/9/16 and has been posted on my Visa account. However when I try to use MobiLinc through my Android Smartphone or my IPad I continually get a message saying that my subscription has expired. Last year I renewed through my IPad and then Google automatically deducted it too. So this year I just waited and Google renewed it automatically.. But I still cannot acsess my account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
