Is there someplace I can see a status of MobiLinc Connect

I would like to be able to check the status of the MobiLinc Connect service.

Is it up? Is it down? Is there maintenance?

I have been able to demonstrate on several occasions that my ISY is functioning, as I can access the ISY HTML interface directly and operate scenes and devices successfully, while the MobiLinc Pro app is not functional at all.

MobiLinc Pro is configured to using subscription to Mobilinc Connect. When I ensure I am authenticated by re-entering my credentials, the "Syncing with ISY dialog box hangs at Retrieving Configuration.

Is there a place I can check on the status of the MobiLinc Connect service?

In almost all cases when this happens the ISY is not connected to our service. The most common solution is to update the ISYs firmware to the latest 4.x version.
