Can't Sync using MobiLinc Connect - ISY with ext IP wors

I am having issues trying to access and sync to my ISY 994i using the iOS Mobilinc ProApp (iOS 9.3.3).
My ISY994i is running 4.5.1 FW and Internet access is enabled. I am using port 80 for http and 443 for https
If I configure the Mobilinc Pro App Host Type as an ISY device using my External IP I can Sync and control devices with No Issue.
However if I configure MobiLinc Host Type as MobiLinc Connect I cannot Sync of control any devices.
This used to work a few moths ago...
I would appreciate advice/assistance to address.
