Unable to connect to Panasonic IP Cam

I have a Panasonic BL-C210 and unable to setup. I am getting a "Profile Match Not found". Camera is accesable from IE and other programs.

Hi rmobley,

Based on the Panasonic developer API, MJPEG profiles 1, 4, or 5 should work. If the plug-in was unable to find a matching profile, please double check the settings of the camera. The most common problem is a mismatch between the IP:Port and username/password compared to the actual camera settings.

One thing to try is to attempt to connect to your camera using Safari on your iOS device using the settings in MobiLinc to verify your iOS device can see your camera.

If you are still unable to get this working, it's possible that our profiles are not compatible with this particular model. Would you be willing to allow us to connect to your camera to verify?

Hi rmobley,

Also, please verify that the IP address field is all lowercase AND that http:// is NOT included as part of the IP Address field.

The IP Address field should read as:
myipcamera.domain.com NOT http://myipcamera.domain.com.
Use your dynamic DNS in place of the example.
