Cannot get the camera plugin to recognize the camera. Camera is working fine with other S/W. Any thoughts.

If you can send us your external IP, port, and the camera's username/password to support@mobilinc.com we'll take a look and see what's happening.

Common problems are wrong settings, missing the RTSP port number for HD cameras, wrong username/password, or the iOS devices isn't on the same network as your camera.
