I purchased the camera plug-in from my iPad, and it appears to work. But cannot see it on my iPhone, even after synching.
How can I synch plug-ins between devices?

Thank you

Hello,

Plug-ins can be restored assuming that the same app version is running on all devices (IE MobiLinc HD on the iPad and MobiLinc HD on the iPhone). Also, the same iTunes account that was used to purchase the app and plug-ins must be used to perform the restore.

Open MobiLinc on the new device and go to My Plug-Ins and tap the Restore button.

Cannot get the camera plugin to show activated. I purchased it but never get the check show it's activated on any device. Same issue on IPAD. If I try to repurchase, it advised it has already been purchased and would I like to download again. If I choose to re download, no change. Never will show the check on the plugin. I purchase the voice plugin today on my Iphone 6 and it worked perfectly. Showed the check right after I purchased. HELP..........

Hi Barry,

I responded this morning to your email. I've reproduced my response below:

Hi Barry,

Very strange! The first thing to try is to reboot the phone and then open MobiLinc and go to "Plug-Ins". Tap "Restore" and see if that restores the plug-in purchase to your phone.

If not, then the next step to try is to:
- Delete MobiLinc
- Log out of your iTunes account under the Settings app.
- Reboot the phone
- Log back into your iTunes account under the Settings app.
- Open the App Store app and download MobiLinc again.
- Go to MobiLinc->Plug-Ins->Restore and see if that now correctly restores the plug-in to the app.
