I am having trouble setting up the camera alerts. I have gone through all the settings and they look correct. It is unclear weather the camera needs to send a photo or video. I have tried both ways and neither work.

Can someone let me know if the email what form ethe email needs to be?

Hello,

The camera needs to send an attached photo only. Video is not supported.
