iPad rotation

Hello Wes,
On the new Mobilinc it will not turn to portrait on the iPad, everything displays sideways. On the old mobilinc it was opposite?? Why won't it turn properly?

Can you check to see if you have the auto-rotate switch turned on, on the side of the iPad?

It has no effect on the Mobilinc app. If I lock it, it opens in landscape. If I unlock it, it opens in landscape.
Can the app go in portrait mode?

Are you using MobiLinc Pro or HD? Since you were posting in the Pro area I assumed your were running Pro on your iPad. If so, then yes, MobiLinc Pro fully rotates to all orientations no matter if on the iPad or iPhone.
If you are actually running MobiLinc HD, it is specifically designed for landscape only on the iPad. It will only operate in Landscape mode while on the iPad. When running on the iPhone it will operate like MobiLinc Pro and fully rotate.

My mistake, I am running HD not pro. Do you think this can be in an update soon? If not I need to cut and patch holes to re position the iPad in landscape.

Hi Chad,
I'm sorry, but we do not have active plans to bring portrait mode to MobiLinc HD. MobiLinc HD was designed for landscape view only.
We may do this at some point, however, it is a low priority for us at this time.
