MobiLinc actually does have a basic iOS default theme under My Settings->MobiLinc Settings->MobiLinc Theme. Choose Default.

However, the 3.11.00 update has an iOS6 bug in it that prevents the default iOS background from appearing. We've got this fixed and will be in the next update.
