From IlincPRO to Mobilinc PRO no more Sync

Hi Wes:

Ilinc Pro was working perfectly...... today I did the update to Mobilinc.... on an Iphone 3 G and is no longer able to Sync... with ISY Home. Is there a way to go back to Ilinc Pro or you have a way to have this one fixed.

Hi Trankilo1,

I'm sorry you are having issue with the sync. Can you give me some additional details as to what is happening, such as the error message you are receiving? Double-check the IP address of your ISY and make sure it's the same in MobiLinc (really only an issue if your ISY automaticially get's its IP from your router). Also look at the Connect Method and make sure it's set to Auto or the proper communication path for your setup.

Hi Wes: issued solved....

As per your comment the Mobilinc Pro by fixing some IlincPro bugs may have enforced variables not prevalent before.
