Hi GeorgeRode,

MobiLinc HS is our HomeSeer app that only work with HomeSeer products and not the ISY. For the ISY you'd need MobiLinc Pro or MobiLinc HD.

Are you actually running MobiLinc Pro or MobiLinc HD?
