Hi Kevin,
Are you launching MobiLinc Pro in Landscape on the iPad? If so, there's a known issue on the first launch of Pro on the iPad in landscape. Rotating to portrait and back to landscape fixes the issue. This working correctly on iOS 5. iOS 6 introduced the issue. We, so far, have been unable to find anything in the MobiLinc code that would cause this. It appears to be isolated to iOS 6 devices.
Does this describe your issue, or is this something else?
