I have a 5G Zwave siren for use as a repeater. I also may begin using it as part of my security or alert system.

In mobilinc this device shows up as a status only device which doesn't allow me to control it from the device or dashboard. The odd thing is if I add it to the today screen, then it acts as a control device and I can tap on it and initiate/control the siren.

Is this something that is known/going to be resolved?

I haven't seen that device, but it sounds like a happy accident it works on the Today View. Would you send me a screenshot of what the Admin Console shows when you have that device selected?
