Auto Detect Stopped Working

Auto-Detect no longer detects when my iPhone SE is local. It always thinks I am external. If I manually change the Connect Method to HTTP when local or HTTPS/Auto when remote connection to my ISY is normal.

Hi Jeff,

This will happen when MobiLinc can't "see" your ISY over UPnP. Reasons could be:

- The iPhone is on a different Wi-Fi network then your ISY. Example: Guest network, neighbors network, or is using a VPN.
- The network is blocking UPnP from traveling to/from the iPhone and the ISY. Check router settings and network setup to ensure that UPnP is allowed to travel on the network.

Thanks for the quick reply. UPnP was disabled in the ISY. All is well now.
