Hi richardl007,

Check your scene and progam names to be sure that there are only standard characters in the name. a-z, A-Z, and 0-9. If you do find a scene or program with a character outside of this range, try renaming it and sync iLinc to ISY again. If this works please report back what character it was. I beleive there is a parsing error in the way Apple handles certain functions. This information will help me create a workaround solution.

Hi richard007,

How large is your program list? > 100 programs? In the public version (2.10) of iLinc there is a performance issue with large program lists that could take iLinc 30 seconds or so to download and parse out the program information.

What does My Programs report with you tap on it after waiting say 60 seconds after startup?

Hi Richard,

This is just a followup for those that may read this topic. I worked with Richard to identify the problem:

It looks like there was a problem with the way iLinc 2.10 parses out the program list under a very certain condition that your setup is reporting to iLinc. I wasn't aware that this particuar condition could happen and thus the 2.10 version of iLinc wasn't prepared to handle it. I've got it fixed and will be in the next release I'm planning on getting out to Apple this weekend.

Hi Richard,

Again, another followup to anyone that may read this topic. I've released version 2.11 to Apple this weekend for approval that addresses this issue. Look for the update in the next two weeks.
