Connecting several iPhones

Having issues connecting wife's iPhone.....My iPhone connects and synchs fine. Downloaded app to wife's iPhone and keep getting error message " bad URL". please help, would like to connect 2 iPhone & an iPod touch Using ISY 99.

Hi sdgr1100s,

In iLinc tap My Settings on your wife's iPhone and look where the Connect Method is set. If you have HTTP IP settings entered, select HTTP for the Connect Method. If you have both HTTP and HTTPS settings entered you can select Auto for the connect method.

This is a known bug in the 2.10 version and will be fixed in the upcoming 2.11 that should be released this weekend.

If this doesn't fix your issue, please post back.

Hi sdgr1100s,

A connection timeout is almost always a wrong IP or Port number entered into iLinc. Verify this information and also verify that your ISY didn't change IP addresses if your ISY auto-assigns it's IP address from your router.
