Hi FLSR,
When you do the manual update, please select "Download All". When you do this, does the UUID switch back to your ISY's UUID instead of syncing?
A scenario that could occur is if the ISY's IP Address has changed and you attempted to perform a Download All sync with the old IP address. In this case MobiLinc would wipe the database and attempt to connect to your ISY's old IP address, not find it, and could leave the UUID as syncing if MobiLinc wasn't allow to timeout for some reason.
Please verify that the IP address and port information is correct in MobiLinc for your ISY and attempt the Download All sync command again.
