Hi FLSR,

When you do the manual update, please select "Download All". When you do this, does the UUID switch back to your ISY's UUID instead of syncing?

A scenario that could occur is if the ISY's IP Address has changed and you attempted to perform a Download All sync with the old IP address. In this case MobiLinc would wipe the database and attempt to connect to your ISY's old IP address, not find it, and could leave the UUID as syncing if MobiLinc wasn't allow to timeout for some reason.

Please verify that the IP address and port information is correct in MobiLinc for your ISY and attempt the Download All sync command again.

Try this,

Double-tap the home button to bring up the task tray. Press on and hold the MobiLinc icon in the tray till it shakes. Tap the "-" minus button to force close MobiLinc.

Wait 10 seconds and then relaunch MobiLinc.

Go to My Settings->Lighting Controller and perform a Download All sync.

If that still doesn't work, try creating a new profile and enter in all your ISY information again and attempt to sync.

The last item you can try to rule out an ISY issue is to remove MobiLinc and re-install from the App Store. If this still does not work then we'll need to dig into your ISY to find out what may have changed that causing MobiLinc to not like the responses.
