Lost ON Level and Ramp Rate

After I installed MobiLinc I lost the ON Level and Ramp Rate in my ISY99. In ISY99 it shows 9 minutes Ramp Rate and an On Level of 0 for every device. What's up?

Hi SteveSBE,

Just installing MobiLinc won't change your ON Levels or Ramp Rate. MobiLinc will only adjust these levels at your express direction if you navigate to each device's Advanced Options and select your ON Level and Ramp Rate to set that device to.

This sounds like default values the ISY is reporting in lieu of actually receiving real values from your devices. Try doing a query on the device in the Java console and set the ON Level. What happens to your device? If that doesn't work I'd try restoring your ISY from a backup.
