Scenes and devices missing in MobiLinc

I am using the latest version of MobiLinc 3.13.00 on IOS 6.0.2 on an iPhone5
ISY994i/IR v3.3.8 is the controller I am interfacing with to insteon devices.
I have two folders that I placed a scenes and devices in to help keep ISY interface organized.
I also have one scene that is not in a folder.
Only one of my folders show up, the other is missing along with all the devices in that folder.
The folder that is visible I can see it in either Scenes or Devices options on Mobilinc.
The Scene that is not part of a folder shows up.

What do I need to troubleshoot this?

Can you send me a screenshot of the Admin Console showing all the devices, scenes, folder name?

My guess is that there's an illegal XML character in the name of a folder or a device that's breaking the iOS XML parser. See if you have anything like "&" in a name.
