Appliancelinc not working
Posted: Mon Dec 02, 2013 3:49 pmI have an outdoor appliancelinc I use to control christmas lights. No matter how many times I sync with my ISY, the device doesn't show up. Is this a known issue?

We've been exchanging emails on this topic. To catch up for those reading along here's what we know:
- When asked to create a new profile the Outdoor module appears.
- When syncing on the old profile, the Outdoor module does not appear.
- It's possible the Outdoor module was hidden. To get back perform a "Disable" and then "Enable" command on the device in the Admin Console while MobiLinc is open and connected to the ISY. MobiLinc will see the Enable command and turn off any hiding action on the device.
