hello...just purchased new PC..trying to move admin console to it...just like manual says: went to http://isy to access my account. Can not access "admin console " Error msg :missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar :http://192.168.1.5/web/insteon.jar....also : how to make desctop short cut for admin console?..thanks
